The opening session includes a flag ceremony with Presidents of each association carrying their state flag. Each state wears colors chosen by their members to represent their state. Nebraska members have chosen to wear navy blue and gold, our state flag colors. In this picture, NEOPA's President, Becky Hastings, CEOE, presents the Nebraska flag.
